-          I understand that I will gain access to a 3-week self-study course on the official start date announced for this 30-day program. I will be given advance notice if for any reason the course is discontinued and unpublished at any time in the future, after my current program has completed.

-          I may begin attending live group classes after completing the first two weeks of my self-study course. Live classes are on Wednesdays at 1:30-3:00pm Eastern, via zoom. Live attendance is highly recommended but optional.  I will have access to recordings of all live classes for the duration of the program.

-          Changes to class dates and times are rare but subject to change. I will be notified in advance of any changes. Make-up classes will be offered in the case of unexpected cancellation by the instructor.

-        Private Coaching Session:  I will receive one private Coaching Session with Jennifer as part of this program.  I understand that this session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the official start date of this program. My Coaching Session will be forfeited if not completed within that time period. 

-          I understand that I am responsible for scheduling my private Coaching Session using the link provided in my welcome email.

If I complete the self-study course, attend a live class, do the homework and track it as prescribed, and I still don't feel that I've gotten value from this program, I may request and receive a full refund of my investment (less any rebates already issued), on condition that I provide documentation of having done the minimum work as instructed.

-          I understand that there will be NO REFUNDS offered beyond what has been stated above. I also understand that no refunds whatsoever will be made upon completion of the private Coaching Session with Jennifer, regardless of the previous statement.

-          I understand that all video and audio recordings, as well as all written materials in Alexander Violin classes are under copyright by The Art of Freedom, LLC, and are NOT for distribution. I agree to limit my use of these materials to my own private use only. I will make no duplicates or reproductions of videos from this course.

-          As an active participant in any Art of Freedom online classes, including this Introductory Package, I understand that all classes may be recorded and made available for viewing by other class members, and they may be used by The Art of Freedom, LLC for other educational and/or promotional purposes - with the sole exception of private Artistic Mastery Coaching Sessions, which will be kept strictly confidential by all parties.

-         I hereby authorize Jennifer Roig-Francoli, Owner of The Art of Freedom, LLC, to photograph or record me in said classes (with the exclusion of private Artistic Mastery Coaching Sessions, unless I give express permission to record), and I understand that I may be identifiable from such reproduction.

-          I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback.

-          I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used from The Art of Freedom live online classes.

-          I understand that all video recordings of my classes will be made available for me to view.

-          I understand that I will be expected to practice the skills taught in this program in order to get the most benefit. I am making a firm commitment to myself to practice the homework for this class a minimum of 10 minutes per day during the 30-day period.

-         I understand that these terms and conditions, as well as the program content, schedule, and benefits are subject to change. I will be notified of any changes to this agreement in advance of their being put into effect.
