Hi, I'm Jennifer Roig-Francolí, Creator of The Art of Freedom® Method for conscious living and artistic mastery, inviting you into an inspiring world of creativity, healing, and community!
I'm an Artistic Mastery Coach, certified Alexander Technique teacher, and professional musician from a musical family. I've won prestigious awards and performed with orchestras around the world - including multiple performances at Carnegie Hall - and still...
...I know what it feels like to suffer as an artist.
I've spent my whole life seeking and finding ways to BE and EXPRESS my true Self with joy and ease - with or without my violin. I've learned that soul-full creative expression is a necessity, not a luxury. I know from experience that neglecting my art is a recipe for physical and emotional suffering.
I've created 'Alive with Spirit' to share with you what I've learned along the way, to uplift and inspire YOU to enjoy expressing yourself with EASE through your art - with your whole self - mind, body, soul, and Spirit!
